For Shell...

It has almost been two years now since our "first daughter" Michelle left for Journeyman training in Virginia and then went on to serve in West Africa. When she left I was pregnant with Cooper, and we had a fun weekend in between her training and leaving the country in College Station. She called us in the hospital when Cooper was born and it was so wonderful to talk to her! We miss her a ton and can't wait for her to be home in a few months so that she can meet Cooper and get to know her and Kendall better! Randy wrote an email to her the other day and wanted to tell her some things about the girls that she might not know just from reading the blog. I loved what he wrote and wanted to record it here on the blog. Here is what he said about Cooper:

Cooper is so sweet and cuddly.  She is a major daddy’s girl.  Pretty much has us wrapped around her finger, but is too sweet to realize it.  Even though she is so sweet, she can also have a fiery temper at times.  Her hero is big sister.  She already follows her, copies her – Kendall has always been her favorite person.  Cooper eats anything, and lots of it.  She has the tiniest waist and the biggest belly.  When she walks, she leads with her big ol’ belly – it’s great.  She hates shoes and hair bows.  She’s smart too.  She is a hugger and kisser, she pats you and lays her head down on your shoulder even when she is not tired.  She already knows how to “play games” and initiates making things up.  We have a game where we say “a-do” back and forth – we all four play.  She is at a very fun age.  She is easily in my top 3!  We can’t wait for them to be around you, too.

You will love her, Michelle! We can't wait for yall to meet! Have a great next few months and we will see you soon!!!
