Pumpkin Patch!

Every time we pass the church where the pumpkin patch is, Kendall asks me how long it is until the pumpkin patch opens. No matter what time of year it is, she is always ready for the pumpkin patch. Well, it finally opened last week! The girls were so excited to get to go, so we met Randy there last Wednesday morning because it wasn't a school day for Kendall. 

We had hoped that because there had been a small cool-down in temperatures the weekend before that we wouldn't have trouble with mosquitoes. We were wrong. They were so bad! So we took some pictures, picked out our pumpkins, and ran for the car! Maybe we will get to go back before the end of October and won't be attacked by mosquitoes.

 Cooper was not in the mood to "say cheese." She turned her head anytime she saw the camera out.

 At one point, the mosquitoes got so bad that Cooper ran over and sat on this bench. Not our best pumpkin patch visit ever.

We love the pumpkin patch, even when we're getting eaten alive! Hopefully we'll get to go again when everyone is in a better mood for picture-taking and the mosquitoes aren't biting!
