2 new things!

Yesterday before naptime, I was cleaning up the kitchen from lunch and decided to turn on a movie for the girls to watch. Now, most of the time, this is only for Kendall - Cooper has never really had any interest in sitting and watching anything on t.v. This is new for us because Kendall loved anything on t.v. from about 9 months on! Cooper is just too busy though and doesn't want to take the time to sit still for long enough to watch it.

Yesterday Kendall chose one of the Baby Einstein movies we have for them to watch. It's about seasons and we've watched it before, but she was never interested. Today was different though - she loved it! She kept talking to the t.v. and her favorite part were the little zebra puppets that pop up every once in awhile.

I thought maybe if she had somewhere to sit that she might stay still for awhile, so I asked Kendall to go get her pink Pottery Barn chair for Coop to sit in. Kendall decided she wanted it, though, so I got the little rocking chair and put it next to Kendall's chair and Cooper loved it! I love these pictures of her playing with her sister, watching t.v., and sitting in the chairs. I know - I'm easily entertained. :)

And this next one cracks me up - I ask Cooper to wave, blow a kiss, and Kendall does it all. My favorite is how she blows a kiss. She always adds this little thing on the end where she puts her hands on her heart and then throws them out. She's pretty cute.
