Ft. Worth Trip: Granny's and Papas'

We spent the last week of July in Ft. Worth! Randy went to Camp KidJam with our church from Monday to Thursday up in Denton, so we drove up Sunday and stayed until the following Monday. It was a great long trip and great to spend several days with each of our families! We started the week at my Mom and David's. We had so much fun, swam in the hot tub a bunch, watched movies and enjoyed spending time with Granny and Papas! On Tuesday we went to NRH2O waterpark! Granny, the girls and I were so excited. When we got there we realized apparently it was Christmas in July because there were Christmas decorations everywhere and they were playing Christmas music. Hence the snowman:

The girls loved the waterpark! We were there about 4 hours or so and they didn't want to leave! Cooper even slid down all the slides and loved them!

I was also super excited because we got to meet my sweet friend Erin (who I call Nacho) and her boys at the waterpark!! We taught together, right across the hall from each other everyday for 4 years - and I miss her a ton!! It was great to spend the day together, even though a lot of it was spent chasing our crazy kids! :)

We also spent a lot of time in their hot tub back at the house. Perfect size for the girls!

And, lastly the funniest video. Cooper was playing in Mom's shower while she was in her bathroom one day. She realized that the floor was wet, so Mom was showing her how the shower worked. She ran right under the water in her clothes! And loved it! So funny. She stayed in there forever, just running around in her clothes.

We had such a fun stay with Granny and Papas!! Thanks for spending the first part of the week with us and having so much fun with us, guys!! Love yall!
