We Saw Santa!

The girls got to meet Santa last week! BACH had an event for all their patients and their families to come to where they could talk to Santa and have a little party. It was so sweet! The girls wore their matching Christmas dresses from Gigi and Peeps and they looked so cute.

We got to go talk to Santa right when we got there. Kendall actually spoke to him this year! She didn't want to sit in his lap, but she did tell him the one thing she wanted was a robe for Christmas. He said, "Well, how about one with your name on it, like your pretty dress?" Randy and I looked at each other, like, come on Santa! Ha!

Cooper didn't want to talk to him at all, and Calli was pretty terrified. Most of the time she clung to me really tight and buried her face in my neck. Maybe next year!

 Then each of the girls got a candy cane, a cookie, some punch, and they got to work on some coloring sheets!

We saw the occupational therapist that evaluated Calli (but said she didn't need services - yay!), we saw Calli's case manager, Mrs. Carolyn, and we saw our new friend who works in the office, Tracee. We are so thankful for such a wonderful ECI organization that provides Calli's speech therapy and is a great support to us!

 

Kendall also wrote a letter to Santa at school this week. This is what it says, "Dear Santa, I have been goon. Please bring me seat buddy, robe, stuffed animal. XOXOXO, Kendall." Love it! I said, "Kendall, what is a seat buddy?" She said, "You'll see it when he brings it." Ummmmm..... ;)
