I can't believe it's been almost two weeks since Cooper's birthday party and I'm just now finishing posting about it! My computer got a crazy virus, so that has slowed me down, but now I'm able to wrap it up so I can begin working on her second year blog book!
We had a great weekend celebrating lots of birthdays! Friday night we celebrated my birthday and my Dad's birthday, then Saturday morning was Cooper's party. We were so thankful all our family was able to come down, except for Kiki. She had to stay and work last minute which made us super sad, but we understood!
Friday night, Mom, David, Michelle, Mike, Anita, Val, Gracie and Evy and us all went out to the beach house where Dad and Alden were staying. We picked up Italian food on the way out and had a cake to celebrate our birthdays. Dad didn't know we were celebrating him, too! Fun surprise.
After dinner we went out to the beach! I didn't bring the girls' swimsuits, so we just made do. :)
Kendall and Cooper giving Pops his birthday present. We made him a stone for his new garden he's been working so hard on with the girls' handprints and names. He loved it!
Saturday was Cooper's party and we had so much fun. That night we went out to eat and then back to Gigi and Peeps' hotel for the girls to swim. Aren't they the cutest?!? Kendall slept in the hotel with Gracie each night and they loved having sleepovers! Val and Evy slept here at the house in Kendall's room, so even Coopy and Evy got to have a slumber party!
This is Sunday morning at church. Can you even stand the cuteness of this picture?! They were quite a set walking around the church after going to their classes. Gracie was able to be in Kendall's class and Cooper and Evy were in the same class. Pretty fun!!
Gracie and Evy also brought their Barbie Jeep down so they could ride Jeeps with Kendall and Cooper. Monday morning before they left they were able to ride around our driveway and street together and they had so much fun. Kendall drove Cooper and Gracie drove Evy, and then they switched it up and Kendall and Gracie rode together and Evy drove Cooper. That arrangement didn't last too long. :) Those cousins are so fun and just love getting to be together!
We had such a fun weekend and were so thankful everyone was able to be here to celebrate Cooper's birthday. We have loved every minute of your second year Cooper and are looking forward to this next year!! Happy birthday, big two year old!
