Halloween Parade 2013

We have been so excited, getting ready for our Halloween parade! This was our fifth year to have it and it has been fun to watch it grow every year. We had over 120 people there this year! It's also super fun that it has become some of our friends' and neighbors' Halloween tradition - something they look forward to each year. We just love it!
The girls went as Disney princesses. Kendall was the red-headed Ariel, Cooper was the blonde Cinderella, and Calli, of course, was Mulan. They were adorable. They kept telling Randy and me that they wanted us to be Beauty and the Beast, but I had a hard time pulling it off. Last minute, Fonda texted me saying she found this lion mane and head and asked if Randy wanted it. It looked like the Beast, so we said yes! I couldn't find a yellow dress, so Randy said he would be the Beast and I would be Beauty - just in my normal clothes. So sweet. ;)
Cooper wasn't in the best of moods - she wasn't feeling very social - so her faces in some of these pictures cracks us up. We love our three princesses!

We had so much fun with our friends! Here are the Kings, Kathy, Debbie, and the Wilsons!
The Reyes girls - three dalmations and Cruella! Alivia is in Kendall's class.
Patrick was a monkey and he passed out bananas. So, so cute! I think he tried to give Cooper half a dozen bananas.
Lindsey and Matt were monkeys too and their new little sweetie was a banana!
The Hintze girls! And Scott.

 Eden and Stacey!
The parade is starting! We're so thankful for our sweet neighbors and friends without small children who come and be our "crowd." They line the street in their lawn chairs and throw candy to the kids.

We were so happy Peeps and Gigi were here for the parade! They were such huge helps getting ready on Sunday and they even walked in the parade with Cooper!
Kendall with Jillian, Reese, and Saylor!
Kendall's new friend from school, Emily, and her family came! I am loving getting to meet her new friends and their families. Isn't she the cutest little minion?!
Sarah and Kendall
Gigi and Peeps with two of the princesses. Kendall was running around with friends. Kendall really did so well all night. She has grown so much and was not shy, welcomed her friends, and listened well all night. She's come a long way!

The Scarborough family!
The Wilsons
Thanks to everyone that came and participated in our parade! The girls had a blast, and so did we! We are already looking forward to next year!
