July misc

We have been soaking up all these days of summer, and I have loved the balance we've had between going and doing and also just being home together, resting, and playing. It's been a great summer so far and I can't believe we have just a little over two weeks now until school starts back for Kendall!
Here's more of what we did in July:
I took all three girls to the outdoor pool one day by myself. With Calli finally happy in her swim vest and Cooper in the puddle jumper, it was totally easy! The girls loved it and I was able to play in the water with them some and also sit on the side and watch them some. Win!
One afternoon after rest time and naps, we painted our toes together. I love my girly girls!
We helped Chick fil A celebrate their birthday again on their annual Cow Appreciation Day! All of us got lunch for free because we dressed like cows. No shame....but great memories!
The evolution of a Calli fit. Sometimes it is so hard not to laugh. This was because we were making her eat her ice cream across from me in the booth instead of right next to me.

I finally finished her quilt that I started a year and a half ago, right before we went to China! I had been wanting to put a binding around the edges to protect it, but it was hard because she sleeps with it every nap and every night! I worked on it some on some road trips and here and there and finally finished. I'm pretty proud of it and pretty happy with how much Calli loves it.

Playing dress up with my winter clothes.
We went to a friend's wedding, and the Sanders and Mary were there! It was fun to get to hang out. At one point we decided to make fun of all the selfies we see people taking with their peace signs and their duck faces and their wide open mouths. It was hard to do it with a straight face though! We're dorks. But we're happy dorks. :)

Photobomb!
