We had a visit from Jason and Stephanie and their family in July! They were in Texas from Japan for three weeks and spent a few days here with us! We had several chances to spend time with them. One was a dinner we had at the Hendersons with the Sanders, Mitts, Beams, Danes, and Hendersons. It was so fun to be together and to let all the kids play - all 16 of them! Craziness.

One day we went swimming with them at the Lake Jackson outdoor pool. Cooper and Calli conquered their fear of the slide and did it all by themselves! We were so proud.
We had some of the BPF leadership team over to our house for dinner another night that week, and afterwards Aubrey stayed and spent the night with us! The girls were so excited to have a sleepover. We had waffles the next morning and then they played games until Stephanie came to pick Aubrey up. Kendall and Aubrey have decided to become email pen pals.
We loved getting to spend time with our friends! It is hard having them live so far away, but we are thankful for the work they are doing and for times we get to be together!
