Yogi Bear!

We got to go on a fun trip with our friends Kristin, Scott, Seth, and Blake Henderson! They were going camping in their camper to Waller, TX to a place called Yogi Bear park! We have heard a lot about this place and when they invited us to come with them, we were very excited! We went up with them the first night they were there and just stayed one night. They stayed a little longer, but we had so much fun playing in the water and camping for two days!

Kendall was so excited about this. On Thursday morning, this is how she came out of her room when she woke up - clothes on, shoes on, ready to go!

The best part about Yogi Bear is that it has a fun waterpark. It's just great for our age of kids. There are a few slides, a pool, and a splash area. So fun! Check out this slide - Kendall did it all by herself!

Remember the "brave" sign? She really is braver! She climbed up the stairs and did the slide all by herself - and loved it!! She did it so many times we lost count. Very cool.

And Cooper loved the slide, too! One of us had to hold her in our lap, but she would just laugh and squeal the whole way down and then immediately when we would get to the bottom, she would start signing "more, more" and say it over and over again! If we set her down, she would run right back to the stairs. She just loved it!!

So happy!!

That is a picnic basket on top that would fill up with water and tip over every once in awhile. Everything in the park had Yogi Bear, Boo-Boo, and the Ranger on it. Very cute.

We had so much fun with the Hendersons - Kendall loves Seth and Blake so much. This was where she got to sleep in the camper - on a little fold down bed right above a larger bed that Randy, Cooper, and I slept on. Their camper is really nice!

Gigi and Peeps were coming down for the weekend, so they came and met us on Friday. We played in the water more and then even got to play putt-putt! It was pretty hot.

We are thankful for sweet friends and fun get-aways as a family! Can't wait to go back someday!
