We had a fun week last week with a visit from Granny and Aunt Auggie! They got here on Monday, Alden left on Wednesday and Mom stayed until Thursday. We had lots of fun just hanging out and not doing a whole lot! The girls were so excited to swim at the hotel, so we went there Monday night after dinner. It had been raining off and on, so Cooper decided to wear her rain boots. This was the best picture I could get of her - so precious! And sassy - check out those hands on her hips!
That night the big girls got to have a sleepover at the hotel with Granny and Auggie! They stopped on the way there and got all kinds of nail polish and decorations and had so much fun getting manicures and pedicures from Auggie. Love that they got to do that!
We had to be in Houston by 5:30 Wednesday morning for an MRI that Calli had scheduled, so it worked out great that the girls could stay at the hotel. Alden left Wednesday morning, and since the pancake machine was broken at the hotel, Mom took the girls to Ihop!
Wednesday, after we got back from Houston, we rested and then Mom let Randy and I go on a date! It was great to get away and just be together, and the girls had fun, too!
Thursday morning we got ready and followed Granny to Pearland, where Kendall and Cooper got hair cuts!
Then we went to our favorite Mexican food restaurant in Pearland, Lupe Tortilla. I love this picture with my mama!
She left from Pearland, and we headed back home from there. We had a great week and are so thankful that both of them came down! We love you Granny and Auggie!
